Our standard delivery charge is GBP 9.95 +vat for delivery within 3 working days. Our Couriers make most of our deliveries between 8 am and 5.30 pm. We cannot specify a delivery time
Our premium delivery charge is GBP 12.95 +vat for delivery on the next working day. Your order must be placed on our website before 3 pm, Our Couriers carry out most of the deliveries between 8 am and 5.30 pm. We cannot specify a delivery time and this service does not deliver on Saturdays. Most of the deliveries arrive on the next working day but we cannot give 100% guarantee as we are dependent on courier companies, local operating difficulties and weather and matters outside of our control.
Our collection service is available if you would prefer to pick up your order from our Chippenham Retail outlet. There is no delivery charge and your goods will be ready for collection within 3-5 working days of placing your order. Some items may be collected earlier, however not all the items are in our retail unit and we will contact you to confirm arrival of your order. Our normal opening times for collection's is 9.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 9.00 am to 5.30 pm. Please bring along the same credit card used to place your order, a photo ID and your order number.
Do you only deliver to the card holders address?
We can deliver to an alternate delivery provided the address is a verifiable business address and is subject to further security checks on this type of order. For private individuals we will only deliver to the registered address on their credit card.
Where we deliver
We deliver to mainland UK and Northern Ireland. We can also deliver to Isle of Wight, Isle of Man & the Isle of Skye, but delivery can take up to a week. This is also the case in some areas of Scotland. We do ship outside the UK please call +44 (0)870 777 1887 for more information.
Who will deliver my goods and when will they arrive
We use all Major Couriers. The couriers work Monday to Friday between 8 am and 5.30 pm. We cannot specify a delivery time.
When will my order be dispatched
Provided the goods are in stock and security checks on the credit card are confirmed most goods are dispatched with 24 hours of order confirmation. You will receive email confirmation that the goods have been dispatched..
When will my goods arrive
Standard deliveries should arrive within 3 working days, but often arrive quicker than this. We cannot specify a delivery time. If you have not received your goods within 3 working days please contact sales@3d-computers.co.uk by email and we will trace the delivery for you.
Premium next day deliveries should arrive by 5.30 pm on the next working day. We cannot specify a delivery time and this service does not include Saturday deliveries. Most deliveries arrive on the next working day but no mail order company can absolutely guarantee this due to dependency on courier companies, local operating difficulties and weather etc. We will cannot refund your delivery charge and we are not liable for any other costs.
What if I am not at home to accept the delivery?
The courier will we make every effort to deliver to you. If you are not available to accept the delivery you may collect it from the local depot for up to 5 days, following which the items will be returned to us. If goods are not collected the delivery charge will not be refunded.
